Not Much to Add

Thursday, November 29th, 2007

Oh boy, just a quick post with today’s comic. I’ve been out of town for a few days and just got back. The comic’s done (whew!), but no time to say much about it.

Next time, hopefully I’ll have something to say.

ha – you killed off smiley balloon! this comic just got really dark.

  2. Don J Says:

My girlfriend, who is very sensitive about anthropomorphic things, must be rubbing off on me. I feel VERY sad for the smiley balloon.

(Fortunately, my amusement at being sad about this has made me happy, so it all works out!)

  3. Trade Says:

Glad everyone’s okay with the “dark” tone to this comic. So long Smiley Balloon, sorry we only had a couple pages to get to know you. ;)

  4. Jason Stinson Says:

Actually, I believe smiley balloon will:
    - climb to a height at which the internal pressure exceeds external…and pop
    - float around until UV deteriorates its rubbery exterior…and pop
    - slowly release its internal lighter-than-air gas…and gently float back to earth a mere fraction of its former glory

In any of these cases, a seagull is likely to eat it, choke and die.

    Dark Times, indeed.
