Babysitting Blues

I hope everyone’s digging Cisco and Frank.

Just a quick post tonight. It’s a quiet evening for me hanging out with my four-year old boy and watching Wayne’s World on TV. It’ll be cool when my wife gets home and my son tells her to “Party On.”

I’ve always really liked this movie. I wish they would make another sequel, only this time with Wayne and Garth as balding, middle-aged dudes working at a record store or something like that. Excellent!

The Wayne’s World sequel is amazingly awesome. Along with the second Bill and Ted movie, it’s a perfect example of what makes a sequel to a fairly dumb movie work: don’t take yourself seriously and just be as blatantly odd as you can be.

    2nd!

    Hey John, Bit,

    Good to hear from you.

Ha! I haven’t seen the sequel to Wayne’s World, probably since it was out at the movies. I actually hadn’t seen Wayne’s World in a long time either but it was on TV and as I was watching it I remembered how much I had really liked it. Now that you’ve mentioned the sequel, I’ll have to watch that one again too.

    Oh yeah — 3rd!
